Software Implementation Consultant

PURPOSE OF THE ROLE
To install, set up and configure the software, write up the guidelines and deliver training to the software users.
Will keep track of users' feedback, analyze business processes, coordinate with software developers to troubleshoot technical errors.
The candidate should have a general background in Information Technology or Computing-related science, analytical and problem-solving skills, along with the ability to communicate effectively with external customers and maintain an active communication line with internal staff for a smooth and efficient workflow
The position would be based in Ho Chi Minh City. You are required to travel around the country.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Business Analyst responsibilities
Gather and document customer requirements
Analyze business processes
Create functional specifications
Coordinate between users and developers
Conduct product demonstrations for customers
Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing)
Deployment Specialist responsibilities
Prepare implementation plans
Install, test and maintain software packages for distribution to customers
Prepare, validate, and migrate customer data.
Train end users on system features and best practices.
Coordinate go-live activities
Provide post-deployment support
Write up and revise the guidelines to keep them in line with the update.
