Mô tả công việc
- Join meetings with clients, stakeholder and team members - Confirm and analyze requirements from clients - Form project teams, make plans and prepare for risk cases - Manage project's progress to deliver the project on time, high quality with reasonable cost - Update status to clients and all related stakeholders - Support clients and answer their questions / concerns - Work with Sales team, Tech lead to offer the best solutions to clients - Be accountable for team's performance - Identify and solve team's conflicts if any - Participate in building company as learning organization - Other duties as assigned.
Yêu cầu
- Customer-oriented and result-oriented mindset - Pay close attention to details - Good at English (verbal and written) - Good at logical & critical thinking - Relationship management skills - Background on IT is a plus - Knowledge of working in a scrum team is preferable - Experience in working with eCommerce platforms - Excellent knowledge of Google Drive or Microsoft Office.
