Position: Software Project Manager/Delivery Manager (Automotive)

Job Descriptions:
Plan and track milestones against the customer release train cadence
Together with Tech Leads/TPLs, Manage the dedicated team's capacity (staffing, onboarding and performance) and ensure the quality of delivery;
Define, track and report delivery KPIs: on-time delivery, defect rate, reopen rate, review/test coverage, resource utilization and ramp-up fill rate
Ensure work products comple with the customer's process gates (ASPICE-aligned)
Lead internal/ external communication & reporting to executive level;
Manage risks, assumptions, issues at program level.
Run escalation management
Job Requirements:
Bachelor in electronics/vehicles/communications or related.
2-3+ years project management or R&D technology management of automotive electronics projects
Understand agile software development; familiar with tools like Jira.
Working understanding of the automotive SW lifecycle: V-model, ASPICE process areas, and ISO 26262 at process level (no coding required)
Quick thinking, strong communication/organization/management; stress resistanc
Strong communication, organization, stress resistance; good English
Preferred:
Android tech / CarPlay / Android Auto / HiCar / CarLink experience.
Chinese
PMP/ACP certification
