Bosch Cross-Domain Computing & ADAS (XC-CP) Team is looking for full-time Software Project Manager (SW PCM) working at Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. The XC-CP Team develops high-quality, state-of-the-art Automotive Head Unit and Home Appliance Linux/Android-based systems.
Together with other Bosch locations worldwide, we provide software solutions for navigation, vehicle functions, autonomous driving, camera, and IoT features to the car marker. Our team also contributes to Bosch smart home & IoT solutions through SW delivery to Home Appliance products.
Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Software Project Manager (SW PCM) to join our In-Vehicle Infotainment (IVI) development team:
Join the software development of the latest generation of IVI for a well-known
Work directly with top automotive experts from Bosch Japan, China, India and Germany
Exposure to state-of-the-art technologies in Automotive industry
Key Responsibilities:
Interface with customers and other stakeholders as the responsibility for software part of the product from acquisition phase until final release
Be responsible for managing the project schedule and deliverables within defined Q-C-D
Analyze customer requirements, clarify and document with the support of development team
Issue development request to
developers and track the progress
Develop the team and give feedback to associates as per need
Leading project team to solve problem during software development to ensure delivery milestone & quality
Responsible for Quality, Cost and Delivery of the project.
Bachelor or Master degree in Automotive Engineering/ Computer Engineering/ Electrical-Electronics/ Electronics-Telecommunication/ Mechatronics Engineering or related fields
Have experience in the field of Embedded Software Development at least 8 years
Strong at project management, risk management
Have knowledge of microcontroller and microprocessors
Strong understanding of V-model development process
Fluent in Japanese or Chinese Speaking
Good English verbal and written communication skills
Great project leadership and teamwork spirit.
Desirable Skills:
Exposure in Automotive Industry with knowledge about In-Vehicle Communication, Vehicle Dynamics, Automotive Safety Standards
PMP certificate or equivalent
