Project Management & Delivery
Manage end-to-end project delivery lifecycle from initiation, planning, execution, monitoring to closure.
Define project scope, objectives, timelines, deliverables, resource plans, and risk management plans.
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, budget, and quality expectations.
Coordinate with technical teams, vendors, business stakeholders, and customer representatives throughout project execution.
Track project progress and proactively manage risks, dependencies, issues, and change requests.
Organize and facilitate project meetings, steering committees, status updates, and project reporting.
Stakeholder Management
Act as the key contact point between internal teams and customers.
Coordinate with stakeholders to clarify requirements, priorities, and project plans.
Maintain effective communication and manage stakeholder expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
Governance & Reporting
Ensure project governance processes and delivery standards are properly followed.
Prepare project documentation, status reports, meeting minutes, and project dashboards.
