CRM System Building and Implementation
Establish workflows for data capture and maintain data integrity.
Automate CRM workflows.
Explore and implement new CRM features.
Create detailed reports and dashboards.
CRM User Support and Troubleshooting
Resolve complex technical issues.
Analyze business trends with the team.
Collaborate with team members to solve major problems.
Data Analysis Support
Monitor and verify daily customer data.

Yêu cầu

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Information Systems or Information Technology or relevant majors
Maintain CRM data integrity with attention to detail.
Experience with HubSpot/Creatio or similar systems is a plus.
Be able to document case resolution to facilitate knowledge sharing with team members
Must be able to work independently and be team-oriented, reliable, and dependable
Basic English communication skills (TOEIC 500, WSE level 9/20, or equivalent).
Benefits:

Working hour: 9am - 6pm, Monday - Friday
