Resolve complex technical issues.
Analyze business trends with the team.
Collaborate with team members to solve major problems.
Data Analysis Support
Monitor and verify daily customer data.

Yêu cầu
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Information Systems or Information Technology or relevant majors
Maintain CRM data integrity with attention to detail.
Experience with HubSpot/Creatio or similar systems is a plus.
Be able to document case resolution to facilitate knowledge sharing with team members
Must be able to work independently and be team-oriented, reliable, and dependable
Basic English communication skills (TOEIC 500, WSE level 9/20, or equivalent).
Benefits:
Probation 2 months, full salary during probation
Working hour: 9am - 6pm, Monday - Friday
Join a Unique Wall Street English course for up to $3500
Participate in a multinational working environment
Annual Leave of 15 days plus Vietnamese national holidays
Personal health insurance (pay for your personal medical & health check services, provide and keep update on quality medical businesses facilities check list in HCMC)
Working facilities provided
