Role Overview
We are expanding our engineering team in Vietnam and looking for a Software System Engineer who is eager to learn, contribute, and grow within the smart building and AIoT industry.
Key Responsibilities:
System Integration & Deployment:
- Assist in deploying, configuring, and maintaining DeltaFrontier solutions at client sites.
- Support integration with IoT devices, sensors, turnstiles, access control systems, and building automation platforms.
- Help troubleshoot system issues, analyze logs, and support performance optimization.
- Provide basic technical support during on-site or remote deployments.
AIoT & Data Analytics Support:
- Assist in processing workspace and IoT data to support analytics and reporting.
- Work with senior engineers to apply machine learning insights to improve system performance and automation workflows.
- Help implement features such as facial recognition, predictive alerts, and occupancy intelligence.
Security & Platform Reliability:
- Follow secure coding practices and support testing for security vulnerabilities.
- Assist in implementing authentication, access control, and data protection protocols.
- Contribute to efforts that ensure platform reliability, performance, and scalability.
Collaboration & Continuous Improvement:
- Work closely with product managers, senior engineers, and designers to understand feature requirements.
- Participate in Agile development processes including stand-ups, sprint reviews, and code reviews.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Mechatronics, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in software development, system engineering, or system integration.
- Fresh graduates with strong academic or project experience in AI/IoT/smart building technologies are encouraged to apply.
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of front-end or back-end development (JavaScript, [protected info], React, Python, or similar).
- Understanding of APIs, cloud platforms, and database concepts.
- Exposure to AI/ML, LLM, or data analytics tools is a plus.
- Ability to learn new engineering tools quickly (Git, Jira, Confluence, Figma, etc.).
- Eager to learn and grow in the AIoT and smart workspace domain.
- Strong problem-solving attitude and willingness to take initiative.

- Working days: Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
- Annual leave: 12 days for employees with less than 2 years of service, plus 1 additional day per year from 2 to under 5 years, and 16 days for 5 years or more.
