Key Responsibilities
System Integration & Deployment
Support the deployment, configuration, and maintenance of DeltaFrontier solutions at client sites.
Assist in integrating IoT devices, sensors, access control systems, turnstiles, and building automation platforms.
Troubleshoot system issues, analyze logs, and support system optimization activities.
Provide technical support during both on-site and remote deployments.
AIoT & Data Analytics Support
Support the processing and analysis of workspace and IoT data for reporting and analytics purposes.
Collaborate with senior engineers to apply AI/ML insights for automation and performance improvement.
Assist in implementing smart features such as facial recognition, predictive alerts, and occupancy intelligence.
Security & Platform Reliability
Follow secure coding standards and assist in vulnerability testing.
Support the implementation of authentication, access control, and data protection mechanisms.
Contribute to maintaining platform reliability, scalability, and overall system performance.
Collaboration & Continuous Improvement
Work closely with product managers, engineers, and
designers to deliver product features effectively.
Participate in Agile development activities including stand-ups, sprint reviews, and code reviews.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science,
Software Engineering, Information Technology, Mechatronics, or related fields.
1-2 years of experience in software development, system engineering, or system integration.
Fresh graduates with strong academic background or project experience in AI, IoT, or smart building technologies are encouraged to apply.
Basic to intermediate knowledge of front-end or back-end technologies such as JavaScript, [protected info], React, Python, or related frameworks.
Understanding of APIs, cloud platforms, and database systems.
Knowledge or exposure to AI/ML, LLMs, or data analytics tools is an advantage.
Familiarity with engineering and collaboration tools such as Git, Jira, Confluence, and Figma is preferred.
Strong willingness to learn and grow within the AIoT and smart workspace industry.
Good problem-solving skills, proactive mindset, and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Working schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM.
Annual leave policy:
12 days/year for employees with less than 2 years of service
Additional 1 day/year from 2 to under 5 years of service
16 days/year for employees with 5 years or more of service
