The Job

Software technician responsible for analysing, troubleshooting, and reporting all
requests submitted to the KIS maintenance service.
General tasks:
● Take charge of customer user requests, technical preparation and implementation of
solutions sold, training users in the use of software
● Take charge of diagnose and qualify requests and incidents according to their urgency
and priority
● Ensure customer satisfaction by providing high-quality support, while ensuring
traceability of actions carried out, and project monitoring.
● Create/update technical documentation, technical incident resolution processes and
user guides.
● Participate in company development projects.

Your Skills and Experience

General skills :
● BEP/CAP/Bac +2 or equivalent preferably in software solutions
● At least 2 years' experience in software application support (N2-N3)
● With knowledge of Windows environments
● Your communication skills are fluent and clear, and you bring a positive and
reassuring approach to users/customers
● Your ability to analyze and synthesize is an asset in ensuring accurate and efficient
diagnosis in the resolution process
● You are able to make suggestions and are committed to providing high-quality
customer service in compliance with procedures
● Versatile and inquisitive, you have the adaptability and flexibility to deal with
unexpected situations, while knowing how to sound the alarm in an emergency
● Fluency in written and spoken French. English is a plus
Technical skills :
● OS : Windows/Linux
● Basic knowledge of C#
● Basickknowledge of Visual Studio
● Read and understand software logs
● PowerShell and Bash executing
● TeamViewer
● Tools : JIRA, Confluence
