Project Survey & Site Analysis
• Conduct on-site surveys for automation, IIoT, and AGV deployments.
• Assess existing infrastructure and identify feasibility for system integration.
• Collect technical requirements and analyze customer pain points.
• Prepare site reports, including layout plans, risk assessments, and technical challenges.
Deployment & Implementation
• Oversee installation, commissioning, and testing of AGVs, IIoT sensors, and automation systems.
• Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and customers to ensure smooth execution.
• Perform system integration with PLC, SCADA, MES, and cloud-based platforms.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during deployment.
• Ensure projects adhere to safety standards and industrial protocols.
• Perform on-site deployment activities, ensuring smooth installation and setup of systems.
Machine Maintenance
• Monitor and perform routine maintenance of deployed automation systems, AGVs, and IIoT devices.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve issues with machinery and systems to minimize downtime.
• Conduct predictive and preventive maintenance as part of a regular schedule.
• Provide technical support for machine upgrades, replacements, and improvements.
Solution Proposal & Technical Support
• Work closely with sales & pre-sales teams to develop technical proposals.
• Suggest suitable automation and AGV solutions based on customer needs.
• Prepare technical documentation, system drawings, and cost estimations.
• Conduct customer training and post-deployment support.
• Provide ongoing technical support and consultation for system performance post-deployment.
• Assist supplier and partners during SAT/FAT
• Any relevant support from the company
Yêu cầu
Education
Bachelor's degree in one of the following fields:
• Automation Engineering
• Mechatronics
•
Electrical Engineering
• Robotics
• Industrial Engineering
Experience
• Minimum 5 years experience in industrial automation or robotics.
• Experience in one or more of the following:
o AGV / AMR systems
o Robotics integration
o Machine vision systems
o Industrial networking or IIoT platforms
Technical Skills
• Automation system integration
• PLC and industrial control systems
• Industrial communication protocols
• Robotics programming or integration
• Machine vision systems
• Automation layout and system design
Soft Skills
• Strong problem-solving ability
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
• Ability to work independently and on-site with customers
• Demonstrates strong leadership capability
• Willing to travel for business and meet clients in person
Additional Requirements
• Willing to travel for site surveys and project deployments.
• Comfortable working in industrial and manufacturing environments.
• Ability to ride a motorcycle for customer site visits when required.
Working Schedule
• Working Days: Monday - Saturday
• Working Hours: Standard office hours (with flexibility for project deployment when required)
