Mô tả công việc

Identify, evaluate, and select suppliers that meet technical specifications, quality standards, and cost requirements.
Work directly with R&D engineers and suppliers to accelerate product development, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met.
Take ownership of the product development process for new products, managing from initial idea through to market release.
Manage and take responsibility for product cost, consistently seeking opportunities to reduce costs without compromising quality.
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with current and potential suppliers.
Negotiate contracts, payment terms, and favorable conditions with suppliers to optimize costs and collaboration.
Monitor and evaluate supplier performance; stay updated on market trends and industry developments to recommend sourcing strategies.
Report regularly to Sourcing manager & department management on sourcing activities and issues.

Yêu cầu

Bachelor's degree in supply chain & logistics or related field preferred.
Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to think quickly and effectively handle ad hoc challenges.
Intelligent and creative thinker with "out-of-the-box" mindset to drive innovative sourcing solutions.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office; knowledge of sourcing or ERP software is a plus.
