1. OEM Project Coordination
Coordinate end-to-end OEM projects from inquiry to mass production.
Develop and maintain project timelines, milestones, and action plans.
Monitor project progress and proactively resolve issues affecting timelines.
Organize regular cross-functional project meetings and follow up on action items.
Ensure all departments remain aligned throughout project execution.
2. Strategic Sourcing
Identify and develop qualified suppliers for raw materials, packaging, and OEM products.
Source alternative suppliers to improve competitiveness and supply security.
Supplier benchmarking covers cost, quality, service, innovation, and capacity.
Maintain an updated supplier database and sourcing pipeline.
3. Commercial & Procurement Support
Request quotations and conduct commercial comparisons.
Lead commercial negotiations within delegated authority.
Support annual cost reduction initiatives.
Evaluate suppliers based on commercial, technical, and operational criteria.
4. Supplier Onboarding
Coordinate supplier qualification with QA, Technical, and Manufacturing teams.
Arrange factory audits, technical assessments, certifications, and trial runs.
Monitor onboarding progress until commercial approval.
5. New Material & Packaging Development
Coordinate sourcing activities for new materials and packaging.
Ensure sample availability according to project schedules.
Monitor qualification status and commercialization readiness.
Support innovation projects through early supplier engagement.
6. Reporting & Project Control
Maintain project dashboards and sourcing trackers.
Prepare weekly project status reports including PO statement and vendor assessment
Highlight critical risks and recommend mitigation plans.
Track supplier performance and project KPIs.
Yêu cầu
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
4-6 years of experience in sourcing, procurement, OEM coordination, or project management.
Experience in FMCG, Personal Care, Medical Devices, or Manufacturing is preferred.
Strong project coordination and communication skills.
Good commercial awareness and negotiation capability.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and project tracking tools.
Good command of English.
