Sourcing & Procurement Executive

Education and Qualifications
- A bachelor's degree or above in supply chain management, logistics management, business administration or a related field is preferred.
Knowledge and Skills
***Procurement Knowledge
- Proficient in understanding and applying procurement principles, strategies, and processes, including sourcing, bidding, negotiation, and contract management.
- Familiarity with different procurement models and the ability to select the most suitable one for specific business needs.
- Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards related to procurement.
**Supply Chain Management Knowledge**
- In-depth understanding of the entire supply chain process, from raw material procurement to product delivery to the end customer, including inventory management, production planning, logistics and distribution.
- Familiarity with supply chain optimization techniques and tools, such as Lean Supply Chain, Six Sigma, and the ability to use them to improve supply chain efficiency and reduce costs.
- Awareness of the latest trends and developments in the supply chain industry.
**Analytical Skills**
- Strong data analysis skills to collect, analyze and interpret various data related to procurement and supply chain, such as supplier performance data, cost data, inventory data, etc., in order to make informed decisions.
- Ability to use data analysis tools and software
- Ability to use English, Vietnamese or Chinese are preferred.
