Mô tả công việc
Source new suppliers and evaluate vendor capability, quality and pricing
Negotiate contracts, MOQ, lead times and commercial terms
Issue purchase orders and track all procurement activities
Work with Production, Supply Chain and Product teams to confirm specifications
Monitor delivery timelines and resolve supply issues
Maintain supplier database, pricing records and purchasing documentation
Conduct cost analysis and propose cost saving initiatives
Yêu cầu công việc
2 to 4 years experience in sourcing or procurement
Apparel, beauty or consumer goods experience is a strong advantage
Strong negotiation, vendor management and communication skills
Ability to work with international suppliers, especially in China
Detail oriented, analytical and able to manage multiple orders at once
Fluent English required; Chinese is a plus
