Sourcing Staff (Salary $600-$770)

Position Summary:
The Sourcing Staff is responsible for identifying, developing, and managing suppliers to ensure a stable supply of materials and components at competitive cost, required quality, and on-time delivery. This position works closely with suppliers and cross-functional teams to support production, new projects, and continuous cost improvement.
Responsibilities:
• Identify, evaluate, and develop qualified suppliers to meet business requirements.
• Request quotations, conduct cost comparisons, and support commercial negotiations.
• Build and maintain effective relationships with suppliers to ensure stable supply and continuous improvement.
• Monitor supplier performance in terms of quality, cost, delivery, and responsiveness.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Production, Quality, Planning, Logistics, and Finance to support sourcing activities and new projects.
• Maintain supplier information, quotations, and sourcing documentation in accordance with company procedures.
• Support cost reduction initiatives and perform other sourcing-related tasks assigned by the manager.
