1. Job Purpose & Scope
This position will responsible for sales of ROCKWOOL products to distribution channel and projects in the South VN. Handles negotiations at a high level and has considerable discretion to negotiate terms. Develops and plans Sales Strategies to enhance competitive position in the market. Including to the managing and developing distribution channels to meet company sales goals.
2. Key Result Areas
• Manages and develops distribution channels, scan projects and work with relevant stakeholders to win sales
• Responsible to recruit, motivates, develops and manages sales team, including spec
• Maintain account relationship with distributor on ROCKWOOL products selling
• To create long term relationship and maintain high degree of customer satisfaction
• Develop and plans Sales Strategies to enhance competitive position in the market
• Establish and control pricing, pricing policy, sales margin
• According to Safety Health and Environment Management System
3. Key Responsibilities & Job Content
• Responsible for sales target delivery in general building segment for both distribution and project
• Handles negotiations at a high level and has considerable discretion to negotiate terms
• Responsible to recruit, motivates, develops and manages sales team to achieve company sales goals
• Be proactive in the project specification works with architects and consultants in the given segment
• Be proactive in project follow-ups on the assigned priority territories and product segments.
• Maintain account relationship with distributor on Rockwool products selling to meet company sales goals
• Develop and plans Sales Strategies to enhance competitive position in the market
• Provide weekly sales updates and monthly sales reports and quarterly progress reports
• Select and engage key customers and provide complete solutions to their needs and demands.
• Monitor and report competitor's activities and provide proper action plans to protect and deliver sales
• Ensuring selling price is up to date, effective and competitive
• Ensuring communication system between sales and support function to be effective and on time
• Create long term relationship and maintain high degree of customer satisfaction
• Handle customer complaints tactfully and promptly whilst maintaining a good company image.
• Any other duties and assigned by the direct supervisor to improve company Sales Function.
Professional Skills - Essential
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing or Business Administration from recognized University
• 8-10 years of experience in Sales and Marketing Management in insulation or related industry will be an advantage.
• Written and spoken English Language to a high professional business level

• Further education to MBA qualification
• Knowledge of building and construction industry
• Knowledge of insulation business
• Skill in construction decision process
• Skill in interpersonal and human relation
• 2 years' international experience
