Mô tả công việc
• Understanding online distribution channel structure to establish Sale strategy/policies for MT (Dien May Xanh, Cholon, Nguyen Kim, Aeon, Lotte, Coop Mart,...), channel to expand market share
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with Modern trade customers to drive Sale performance
• Develop, implement and manage sales forecasting activities, targets, sectors, markets, territories and set performance goals to achieve company objectives.
• Regular updating market and price information, taking part of market research and analysis, market entrance as well as market expanding plan
• Training and managing Sale team for best performance and career development
• Plan and Control the sales activation budget for online & offline sales activity.
• Tracking customers' buying; manage customers' need and expectation
• Other tasks when assigned
Yêu cầu
• At least 5 years' experience in the same position
• Strong knowledge and experience
• Experience in Electronic/Home appliance is preferred
• Excellent English communication, good analytical skills, good impact and influence skills
• Organized, systematic, creative, proactive and result-oriented
• Assertive, self-starter, well-organized, systematic, negotiation skill, analysis skills, leadership, management
