Job Description
Supervise spa therapists and attendants during daily operations.
Ensure smooth scheduling of treatments and staff assignments.
Handle guest feedback and resolve service issues professionally.
Monitor cleanliness, hygiene, and service standards.
Train and guide spa team members.
Coordinate inventory control and ordering of spa supplies.
Assist in achieving spa revenue and retail sales targets.
Prepare operational reports and maintain records.
Qualifications
Certificate or diploma in Spa Therapy, Hospitality, or related field preferred.
Minimum 3 years in spa or wellness operations.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Good organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Knowledge of spa software and booking systems preferred.
