Job Overview:
VinFast is looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Spare Parts - Accessories Manager for Global Aftersales Division. The Spare Parts - Accessories Manager oversee the inventory, sourcing, and management of spare parts and accessories for our operations. The Spare Parts Manager will be responsible for ensuring the timely availability of spare parts, optimizing inventory levels, managing relationships with suppliers, and maintaining cost-effective practices within the supply chain. This role requires a combination of technical expertise, organizational skills, and an understanding of inventory management practices to effectively support the production and maintenance functions of the business.
Key Responsibilities:
Sale Accessories Management:
- Evaluate accessory portfolio proposals from the market.
- Assess and manage business targets for accessories in each market.
Inventory Management:
- Oversee the day-to-day management of spare parts inventory.
- Monitor stock levels to ensure the availability of critical spare parts and prevent stockouts or overstocking.
- Conduct regular audits to verify inventory accuracy and update records accordingly.
- Implement and manage inventory tracking systems and software.
Procurement &
Purchasing:
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies for spare parts, ensuring cost efficiency and timely delivery.
- Place orders for spare parts and components as needed, based on production and maintenance requirements.
- Coordinate with internal departments to forecast demand for spare parts based on upcoming projects or maintenance schedules.
Yêu cầu
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Experience:
Proven experience (5+ years) as a Spare Parts Manager, Inventory Manager, or in a similar role in Automotive industry
Strong understanding of spare parts management, procurement, and inventory control.
Experience with inventory management software and other relevant tools.
Skills & Competencies:
Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.
Knowledge of industry best practices in spare parts management and logistics.
Familiarity with safety standards and regulatory requirements related to spare parts.
Fluent in English
