Mô tả công việc
• Develop processes to achieve project milestones.
• Train operating personnel.
• Conduct Customer and NADCAP audits.
• Identify root causes and take corrective action when technical issues occur.
• Evaluate and improve processes as needed.
• Other tasks as requested by the team leader or team supervisor.
Yêu cầu
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Welding Engineering (preferred), Materials Science, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields.
• Experience: 2 years or more of experience in welding processes at manufacturing companies (such as EBW welding, TIG welding, resistance welding).
• Basic knowledge of welding or metallurgical processes is required.
• Basic knowledge of international standards such as ASME, AWS, ASTM is required.
• Proficiency in CAD and CATIA is preferred.
• English proficiency in all four skills (listening, speaking, reading, writing) is required.
