Make an impact
Work closely with End‐users to identify material demands promptly, plan appropriately, and place purchase orders for indirect materials.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with Logistics to ensure timely material delivery.
Ensure data integrity in price setup, PO issuance, and contract/transaction records. Highlight and report to the Manager any issues or potential risks related to materials through effective collaboration with suppliers and end‐users.
Manage inventory, meet stock turnover targets, and reduce slow‐moving/expired materials by working with relevant End‐users for disposition decisions.
Collect payment documents for expense service.
Handle administrative tasks such as supporting system user registration and other assigned duties.
Other ad-hoc tasks to support team's overall efficiency and flexibility.
