Specialty Care Marketing & Sales Assisstant (temporary 7-8months)

1. Responsible for Drug Tender procedures in hospital
- Co-operate with distributors and support Sales Force staff to get all information of tender document and process of all hospitals or Service of Health
- Update reports on Tender result list by territory ; by Team ; by Key Account Specialist ; by Quarter and compared with previous year
2. Responsible for administrative & accounting works of Specialty Care Unit
For Sales Force Activities :
- Follow-up all process of implementing Guarantee Orders, Special Orders linked to the Tender business, recording & report quarterly.
- Follow-up and report monthly the inventory status from distributors to Business Unit Manager.
For Marketing Activities :
- Follow-up the quantity of Promotional materials allocation from Marketing
- Follow-up and report Product Manager and Business Unit Manager the Monthly sales report.
For Accounting works:
- Support Sales Force and Marketing to declare expenses or budget as requirement
- Collect / Recording all figures of Planning / Expense Report of sales budget (PR, RT, Traveling, Training, Taxi receipt...) by team ; by month and report by Monthly & Quarterly on controlling Sales Force and Marketing - Specialty Care Budget to BUM
- Report on actual expenses (PR/RT...) of SC-Sales &Marketing team linked to the allocated budget & results.
3. Support internal & external activities of Specialty Care Unit
- Set up the schedule/ agenda of meeting and prepare all logistics arrangement
- Prepare documents and presentation materials for all internal/ external activities (Meeting, Training) and inform Sales Force- Marketing - Specialty Care Staff and Managers
- Deal with suppliers/vendors to get the appropriate expenses, follow-up expenses and payments with Finance Department for all Specialty Care activities.
