Mô tả công việc
Principle responsibilities:
• Assist the Facilities Engineering Managers to provide Operations with short-term and long-term engineering support (troubleshooting, engineering calculations, safety reviews and risk assessments, process hazard analyses, de-bottlenecking, etc.);
• Troubleshoot facility operational problems (e.g., Process Control System performance, Safety Shutdown System performance, Fire & Gas System performance, Metering, etc.). Develop recommendations for resolving problems/issues experienced offshore;
• Develop and execute facility performance tests to uncover operational problems or equipment malfunction;
• Participating in Process Hazard Analyses and Risk Assessments as requested;
• Spending significant time offshore observing operations and maintenance activities and develop recommendations to lower operating costs and improve the safety, reliability, and operability of the facilities;
• Carry out specialized study in Instrumentation as required;
• Perform Project work under DEV department;
• Other task as per assigned by Managers.
Yêu cầu
• Vietnamese citizen;
• Minimum BS in Electrical-Electronic Engineering from Recognized University;
• Minimum 10 years working as Instrument Engineer (05 years as Senior Instrument Engineer) within Oil & Gas industry including:
• Experience in providing operation technical/engineering support;
• Experience in handling brownfield and greenfield projects.
• Able to work under high pressure to deliver the work within Schedule and Budget;
• Deep and comprehensive knowledge in all aspect of Instrumentation as well as Control system in offshore project and facilities.
• Deep knowledge of ISA, IEC, NEC API, Process Control System, Emergency Shutdown systems, control networks/interfaces, filed instrumentation and other industry specifications are required;
• English fluently in writing, speaking and listening skills.
