Sr/Lead Software Engineer Java, Python, AI

Assume responsibility as a Software Engineer within our dynamic AI team.

• Data acquisition for dataset curation/model training:
• Scrape the internet for sources of visual content (web pages, PDF documents, ebooks, images/videos of specific topics...) in both English and Vietnamese.
• Develop automated pipeline to handle the scraping, collection and organization of a large a mount of visual data.
• Work closely with AI Researchers/Engineers to deliver high quality training data for continuous development of our computer vision models.
• Optimize service on the cloud to operate economically and efficiently
• Monitoring service and system health
• Manage and develop new features internal tool to help operate the product
• Manage pipelines AI data and AI database
• Operate AI product flows according to PO requirements.

• At least 3+ years as a Software Engineer, with fluency and experience in either backend languages such as Kotlin(Java) , Python
• Strong engineering skills. Experienced in building high-performing systems.
• Strong collaboration skills. You will work with Frontend , QA , PO
• Experienced with Database: Relational databases (Oracle, Postgres, etc.), NoSQL databases (Redis, Cassandra etc.). Experienced with Vector databases like Milvus is a plus;
• Familiar with at least one of the following: Kafka, RabbitMQ, or equivalent streaming technology;
• Thorough understanding of asynchronous, parallel, and concurrent programming.
• Experienced with Vertx is a plus;
• Experienced working with cloud services such as GCP, AWS, Azure is a plus.
• Experience developing web applications is a plus.
