Principles Responsibilities:
1. Telecommunications Systems Management
• Design, implement and maintain telecommunications systems.
• Manage satellite communication systems (VSAT), microwave links, radio communication systems, and fiber-optic networks.
• Support IP Telephony, VoIP, PABX, Unified Communications, and video conferencing systems.
• Ensure reliable voice, video, and data communications across all operational sites.
• Coordinate telecommunications service providers and contractors.
2. Network Infrastructure Management
• Design and administer enterprise LAN, WAN, WLAN, SD-WAN, and Data Center networks.
• Configure and maintain routers, switches, firewalls, wireless controllers, and network appliances.
• Monitor network performance, capacity, and availability.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex network incidents and outages.
• Implement network redundancy and disaster recovery solutions.
3. Operational Technology (OT) & Industrial Communication Support
• Support communication infrastructure for SCADA, ICS, DCS, and industrial automation systems.
• Maintain connectivity between operational technology networks and corporate networks.
• Ensure compliance with cybersecurity requirements for industrial systems.
• Participate in OT network segmentation and security enhancement projects.
4. Cybersecurity & Compliance
• Manage firewalls, VPNs, IDS/IPS, and network access control systems.
• Conduct vulnerability assessments and risk mitigation activities.
• Implement network security policies and standards.
• Support cybersecurity audits and compliance initiatives.
5. Project Management & Vendor Coordination
• Lead telecom and network infrastructure projects.
• Prepare technical specifications, scopes of work, and tender documentation.
• Evaluate vendor proposals and technical solutions.
• Manage project execution, commissioning, and acceptance testing.
Yêu cầu
Qualifications & Skills required:
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in IT, with at least 6 years managing IT systems for organizations with 250+ employees.
• Experience in network infrastructure, server administration, IT security, and ERP/CRM systems is preferred. General knowledge of telecommunications systems (PBX, VSAT, microwave, and other data transmission systems) is an advantage.
• Strong leadership and team management skills. Proven ability in planning, analysis, and problem-solving. Good knowledge of emerging technologies such as cloud computing, virtualization, and cybersecurity.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively across departments and with external partners.
• Capable of communicating with staff at all levels in both technical and non-technical terms.
