• Maintain Test Systems for PCBAs and electronic assemblies i.e. ICT, FCT etc.
• Design, validate, and maintain test fixtures of ICT, FCT, boundary scan etc. To maintain the Hi pot test systems and Burn in systems of Power electronic products.
• Support NPI (New Product Introduction) builds and production ramp
• Analyze test data to improve first-pass yield (FPY) and reduce defects
• Perform root cause analysis for test failures and drive corrective actions
• Create and maintain test documentation (test procedures, TI, validation reports)
• Collaborate with customers on test requirements and DFT (Design for Testability)
• Optimize cycle time and test coverage to improve manufacturing efficiency
• Support continuous improvement and cost reduction initiatives
• Ensure compliance with quality standards (ISO, IPC, customer requirements)
Yêu cầu
• Bachelor's degree in
Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in electronics manufacturing or EMS environment.
• Strong knowledge of PCBA testing methodologies (ICT, FCT, FPT)
• Experience with test platforms such as TR5001, Teradyne, Keysight, Agilent, or similar
• Experience in the Testing of Power Electronics Products
• Ability to read and interpret schematics, BOMs, and Gerber files
• Experience with test software development (LabVIEW, C/C++, Python, or similar)
• Knowledge of DFT principles
• Knowledge on Power Electronics
• Strong troubleshooting skills at board and component level
