Assist in coordinating various people operations processes and initiatives for offices worldwide, such as employee onboarding, performance reviews, and employer branding improvement.
Collaborate with cross-functional and global teams to ensure a seamless and efficient people operations process implementation.
Help develop and implement policies, procedures, and guidelines, ensuring alignment with company values and local labor laws.
Assist in communicating policies and procedures to employees, ensuring awareness and compliance.
Serve as a point of contact for employees' process-related inquiries, providing timely and accurate information and escalating issues as needed.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a smooth transition for new employees.
Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries, concerns, and conflict resolution.
Work closely with managers to address performance issues and support employee development.
Support the performance appraisal process by guiding managers and employees.
Identify opportunities for professional development and training.
Contribute to the development and maintenance of a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
Stay up-to-date with labor laws and regulations to ensure company compliance.
Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
Yêu cầu
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, or related field.
Minimum 1- 2 years of experience in a similar People Operations or HR role, preferably in the F&B industry;
Proficiency in Chinese or English is a must.
Knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
Understanding of certain people processes and initiatives, such as employee onboarding, performance management, or employee engagement;
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a customer-service mindset;
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
