Mô tả công việc
• Perform repair, preventive maintenance and improvement of metal stamping dies to ensure product quality and stable performance of the Stamping process.
• Analyze die failures and production issues, identify root causes and implement effective corrective actions to improve die reliability and service life.
• Monitor die condition and execute preventive maintenance plans to minimize downtime.
• Work closely with Production, Quality and Process Engineering teams to resolve die-related issues.
• Propose and implement continuous improvement activities to enhance productivity, quality and cost efficiency.
• Recommend machining, modification or repair methods for damaged or malfunctioning stamping dies.
• Maintain and update technical documents, die drawings and maintenance/improvement records.
• Support the implementation and continuous improvement of the department's management system.
• Perform other duties assigned by the Supervisor or Manager.
Yêu cầu
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering or a related field.
• Experience in metal stamping dies is highly preferred.
• Good knowledge of stamping die structure, maintenance, repair and die improvement.
• Ability to read mechanical drawings and use precision measuring instruments.
• Familiar with CAD software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks or equivalent is an advantage.
• Strong problem-solving and root cause analysis skills.
• Good teamwork, communication and continuous improvement mindset.
• Basic English communication skills; Japanese language ability is an advantage.
• Working hours: Shift work.
