Standard Part Development Engineer (Hai Phong/Hanoi)

Key Responsibilities
• Participate in the management, development, and standardization of standard components/parts such as bolts, nuts, plastic clips, etc., used across multiple projects
• Perform technical assessments for standard part development
• Evaluate technical solutions, manufacturability, feasibility, and risks during the development and trial phases
• Prepare and manage DCR and ECR, coordinating with relevant departments to handle engineering changes
• Coordinate and communicate with Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, andSuppliers during trial and SOP phases
• Participate in the establishment and continuous improvement of standard partmanagement processes and related technical standards
