JOB OVERVIEW
We are seeking a passionate and experienced
Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts, develop brand strategies, and drive growth across multiple channels.
• Type of employment: Full-time employee (Priority is given to candidates living in Hanoi, Vietnam) and working remotely;
• Working hours (8 hours/day, Monday - Friday, according to Vietnam time):
- Morning ([protected info]);
- Afternoon (13:30 - 18:30);
• Weekly meetups: To foster team connection and collaboration, candidates are encouraged to organize weekly meetups with colleagues at a coffee shop or co-working space;
• Upcoming office & hybrid work model: TeaOlogy is planning to establish an office building in Hanoi's Vinhomes Global Gate area by the end of 2025. Once the office is operational, employees will be expected to adopt a hybrid working model, requiring attendance at the office at least two times per week;
• Contract: The candidate will sign an employment contract with CTCP Vietnam Global Gate Holdings.
• Resources: Collaborating with three amazing groups:
- Our dedicated TeaOlogy's internal marketing team;
- Our trusted outsourcing partners (talented agency teams that step in to support us during key campaigns, ensuring impactful and effective brand initiatives);
- The mall's marketing team (since many of our TeaOlogy's tea stations are nestled within bustling shopping malls, we work hand-in-hand with their dedicated marketing departments to coordinate promotional efforts and enhance brand visibility).
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
As a Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies that enhance brand awareness, increase customer engagement, and drive sales growth. You will lead a dynamic marketing team, manage campaigns, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
