The position
We are now looking for a Creative Manager to join our team. You will be an important part of the Marketing Team and report directly to the Marketing Director. All the visual outputs and directions will be your responsibilities, and you have the right to create what you think best suits the users' needs & wants.
Working tasks & key responsibilities
Manage Designers
Manage Editors
All visual outputs: apps, communications, socials
Brand guideline & visual direction & recommendations for internal team (marketing + product)
Conceiving and implementing concepts, guidelines, and strategies in various creative projects and overseeing them to completion
Lead brainstorming/creative sessions to generate ideas
The ideal candidate
Excellent working knowledge of software such as Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.
Outstanding leadership and organization skills
Hands-on experience in the creative process, marketing, graphic design, and brand development
Job details & benefits
Starting date: As soon as possible.
Salary: Negotiable based on experience and market salary. 85% probation salary during 2 months.
Office: The Fika Villa in Thao Dien, District 2.
Remote work: A hybrid solution can be discussed after passing the probation period and sufficient performance and results have been proved.
Benefits: Paid social & health insurance, 13th-month salary, free lunch.
Holidays: National Holidays in Vietnam and 12 days of paid annual leave.
Working hours: Official working hours are [protected info] Monday to Friday, but as Manager, you are required to take your own responsibility, why overtime and weekend work may occur.
