Mùa thu năm 2015, chúng tôi mở những lớp học lập trình đầu tiên trong một căn gác nhỏ đơn sơ, nằm sâu trong con phố Trần Đại Nghĩa (Hà Nội). Khởi đầu là dự án phi lợi nhuận, thầy trò gom góp nhau từng chiếc bàn, chiếc ghế, laptop cho đến phấn bảng. Với chúng tôi, lý do bắt đầu hành trình gian nan ấy là ước mơ về một ngôi nhà công nghệ nơi tụi nhỏ được thỏa sức sáng tạo, theo đuổi đam mê và không từ bỏ. Trải qua 11 năm thành lập và phát triển, MindX đã vươn mình để trở thành hệ sinh thái giáo dục Công nghệ - Khởi nghiệp hàng đầu Đông Nam Á. Từ một lớp học lập trình miễn phí, MindX đã mở rộng với gần 50 cơ sở trên toàn quốc, đào tạo gần 50.000 học viên. MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC
I. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Support the implementation of the company's business development and strategic projects.
Collect, consolidate, and analyze information and data from relevant departments.
Assist in project planning, progress tracking, and project reporting.
Coordinate with Head Office functions and business teams to ensure projects are delivered effectively and aligned with objectives.
Work with domestic and international partners when required.
Participate in training and receive professional guidance throughout the onboarding process.
YÊU CẦU ỨNG VIÊN
2. REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's degree from leading universities such as Foreign Trade University (FTU), National Economics University (NEU), University of Commerce, or other reputable institutions, preferably in Economics, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields.
Strong analytical thinking and numerical aptitude.
Ability to synthesize information and prepare reports effectively.
Eager to learn, proactive, and able to work under pressure.
Previous internship or working experience in Business Development, Sales, Marketing, Project Management, Finance, or Data Analysis is a plus.
Good command of English, both written and spoken.

3. COMPENSATION
Monthly income: VND 10,000,000 - 15,000,000 (depending on qualifications and performance).

5. WORKING HOURS & LOCATION
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 6:00 PM
Lunch break: 12:30 PM - 2:00 PM
