Station Manager Assistant

*Your contribution:
You are a strong communicator with a high degree of motivation and enthusiasm. As proactive collaborator you are resourceful, and you support the Station Manager in managing operational and management activities at our R&D Station. With your organizational, planning skills, you could contribute to make planning for production activities such as managing crops yearly, station maintenance, human resources management, supply chain management or events. Given the nature of this position, you are open to communicate with different stakeholders and you also speak English fluently. In addition, we can find the following on your resume:
• A bachelor or an university degree in agriculture and some relevant work experiences in the horticulture industry.
• At least 3 years of experience in agriculture, especially in mid tech/high tech is an advantage.
• Good organizational skills.
• Good analytical and interpersonal skills.
• Preferably knowledge of and experience with operating in an international environment.
• Be able to adjust and control Irrigation system in Greenhouse

The team consists of Product Development Specialists, Marketing Specialist, R&D,... colleagues who are working together to develop new varieties for our customers. We have our own Trial Station in Lam Dong and our office in HCMC.
