Mô tả công việc
• Represent the company at supplier workshops and manufacturing sites.
• Monitor manufacturing progress and provide regular updates to project stakeholders.
• Ensure products are manufactured in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and quality requirements.
• Supervise and coordinate subcontractor activities.
• Support suppliers in resolving technical questions and clarifications.
• Monitor compliance with safety standards and applicable regulations.
• Report quality issues, manufacturing non-conformances, and project risks.
• Coordinate with internal project teams to support timely project execution.
Yêu cầu
• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.
• Experience in steel structure manufacturing, fabrication, heavy industrial equipment, or related industries.
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings and engineering documentation.
• Familiarity with quality control processes, manufacturing supervision, and supplier coordination.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Able to communicate in English in a professional working environment.
• Proactive, hands-on, and comfortable working independently on-site.
• Willing to travel as required for project needs.
