Ensures that all food production areas are supplied with clean and dry kitchen utensils.
Supervises the functioning of employees, delegates jobs ensuring productivity and maintains a high standard.
Maintains a clean and positive working environment at all times.
Operate dish-washing machinery and maintain a hygienic working environment in accordance with hygiene regulations and company standards.
Makes inventory on all utensil, operating equipments, crockery, cutlery every month
Assist management in hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, disciplining, and motivating and coaching employees.
Yêu cầu
Minimum 1.5 years of experience in a similar supervisory role and sanitation standards.
Good knowledge of equipment and kitchen tools in accordance with international four or five-star hotel standards.
Strong organizational skills, management experience, prioritization abilities, and efficient task delegation.
Leadership skills, ability to train, motivate, and develop a team.
