Position Overview
The Store Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations, performance, and staff of store. This role is crucial in creating a positive shopping experience that reflects the brand's values of confidence, sustainability, and timeless style. The Store Manager will lead, inspire, and manage a team while driving sales targets and maintaining brand standards in visual presentation and customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Customer Experience
Lead by example to ensure each customer receives an exceptional, welcoming experience that aligns with brand's mission.
Meet or exceed monthly sales targets through effective team management, customer engagement, and personalized service.
Build and nurture a loyal customer base by creating genuine connections and addressing individual styling needs.
Team Leadership
Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing sales team.
Set clear performance goals, conduct regular performance reviews, and provide constructive feedback.
Foster a collaborative, positive work culture that reflects the values of brands.
Store Operations
Manage daily operations, including opening and closing, cash handling, and store maintenance.
Oversee inventory management, stock replenishment, and conduct regular inventory checks to minimize discrepancies.
Ensure all visual merchandising aligns with brand standards, creating an attractive and cohesive shopping environment.
Reporting & Analysis
Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to understand sales trends and identify areas for improvement.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports, providing insights to the Brand Director.
Brand Representation
Uphold and communicate the values and mission of brands to customers and the team.
Ensure store displays and employee interactions reflect the brand's commitment to quality and sustainable fashion.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Proven experience in retail management, preferably within the fashion industry.
Strong leadership skills with a demonstrated ability to motivate, coach, and develop a team.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Familiarity with visual merchandising principles and inventory management.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple tasks, and remain detail-oriented.
Knowledge of sustainable and ethical fashion is an advantage.
Proven experience in retail management, preferably within the fashion industry.
