Mô tả công việc
As a Store Manager, you will lead and motivate the team, ensure operational excellence, and deliver outstanding customer service while driving sales and maintaining brand standards.
Key Responsibilities
Stock & Sales Management: Oversee replenishment, stockroom organization, online storage, and visual merchandising; drive sales and support budget achievement; ensure effective use of commercial tools and RFID.
Product & Visual Management: Plan and execute shop floor layout, merchandising, and seasonal activities; analyze business data and adjust accordingly; maintain product levels.
Customer Service: Lead by example to ensure high service standards; manage customer issues and satisfaction; train and monitor team on service requirements and return policy.
Store Procedures: Manage deliveries, stock takes, and sales preparation; ensure compliance with security and Health & Safety policies.
People Management: Train and develop staff; prepare schedules and planners; coordinate meetings; support recruitment and policy implementation.
Health & Safety: Maintain housekeeping standards; promote safe practices; support First Aid and Health & Safety initiatives.
Yêu cầu
3-5 years retail management experience, preferably in fashion/luxury
Bachelor's degree in Business, Retail, or related field
Strong leadership, team coaching, and communication skills
Proven ability in sales, KPI tracking, and inventory management
Customer-oriented, fashion-aware, proactive, and results-driven
Good planning, organization, and problem-solving skills
Fluency in English
