Our creations are crafted with passion and precision, using top-quality diamonds and gemstones. Tierra currently operates a retail chain of 13 stores in Ho Chi Minh City, 6 stores in Hanoi, 1 store in Dong Nai, and the headquarters located in Xuan Hoa Ward, Ho Chi Minh City.

Responsibilities
Manage and be responsible for the assigned store's revenue and sales targets.
Manage and take full responsibility for all personnel, products, merchandise, and assets at the store.
Plan and manage work shifts and schedules for the entire store team.
Flexibly resolve issues arising during shifts to ensure smooth store operations at all times.
Conduct product knowledge training (Jewelry & Diamonds) for
sales staff.
Monitor and manage the quality of sales consultations across all channels (in-store, website,
telesales, and social media).
Organize inventory audits and asset stocktaking according to company regulations.
Advise customers on diamond jewelry, as well as existing store policies and promotional programs.
Receive and handle customer inquiries, order requests, or complaints.
Ensure customers receive the best support regarding warranty and post-purchase service issues.
Assist or coordinate with other departments in store operations and perform other tasks assigned by the Board of Directors.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or higher.
Experience in store management or previously held a Store Manager/Store Lead role.
Excellent communication skills and flexible problem-solving ability.
High sense of responsibility toward assigned work.
Ability to work both independently and in a team.
Office computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, or similar tools).
Candidates with experience in the jewelry sector are preferred.
