Traineeship period: 4 months
1. Strategic & Financial Analysis
Support data analysis on operations and KPIs to generate actionable insights
Research and summarize business expansion intelligence (real estate, demand estimation, market zoning)
Build financial models and assess capital efficiency (IRR, NPV, ROI, sensitivity analysis)
2. Macroeconomic & Industry Research
Assist in compiling periodic macroeconomic reports and tracking market data via Bloomberg Terminal
Summarize key global and local economic developments with data visualization
Support industry analysis, M&A research, and investment opportunity assessments
3. General Support & Administration
Attend conferences and events when needed
Assist the team with new projects and ensure compliance with regulations
Build strong relationships with business partners and stakeholders
This role is ideal for candidates with strong analytical skills and a passion for strategy, finance, and investment.
Education: Bachelor's degree or above in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, or related fields
Experience: Fresh graduates welcome; relevant internship experience preferred
Languages: Fluent in English and Vietnamese (English-speaking work environment)
Technical Skills:
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Familiarity with Bloomberg Terminal is a plus
Professional Qualification: CFA Level 1 preferred but not required
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Good understanding of market sizing and commercial analysis
Business acumen and strategic thinking
Ability to improve processes and drive impact
Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder communication skills
Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple tasks effectively
