Job Summary
The Strategy & Planning team plays a central role in driving the company's long term direction, annual business planning, performance management, risk management, and company wide process improvement. This position is responsible for data driven analysis, strategic planning, performance monitoring, and risk based decision support, contributing directly to the company's growth and operational excellence.
A. Annual Business Planning & Budgeting
• Establish annual sales, margin, and cost targets
• Coordinate planning across Sales, MD, Logistics, and Finance teams
• Lead annual budgeting and investment planning
• Conduct quarterly performance reviews and variance analysis
B. Performance Management (KPI) & Analysis
• Design and manage company-wide KPIs
• Analyze monthly performance (sales, margin, promotion cost, expenses)
• Monitor departmental performance and propose improvement actions
• Prepare executive-level reports, including one-page summaries
C. Enterprise Risk Management & Internal Control Support
(Includes leveraging insights from internal audits)
• Identify and assess enterprise-wide risks (Sales, Finance, Logistics, Operations)
• Maintain and improve the corporate risk matrix
• Translate audit findings into actionable process improvements
• Analyze sales-related risks (promotions, discount rates, settlements)
• Review and update internal policies and compliance standards
Yêu cầu
Required
• Experience in strategy planning, business planning, corporate planning, or data analysis
• Experience in retail, distribution, FMCG, manufacturing, or logistics industries
• Strong analytical skills (advanced Excel, ERP utilization)
• Excellent logical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and report-writing abilities
Preferred
• Understanding of sales processes, promotion structures, and settlement mechanisms
• Experience in internal audit or risk management
• Knowledge of finance and accounting
• Experience with SAP, Oracle, or similar ERP systems
• Experience in process improvement or strategic projects
Position Level
• Division Manager to Manager (7-10 years experience) A balanced mix of analytical capability and practical experience is required to handle strategy, performance, risk, and process improvement responsibilities.
