Structural Team Leader

Lead and manage a team of structural engineers, team plan & schedule/deadline/quality, assign task and manage the performance of the team, update reports timely.
Being responsible for supporting team members by providing guidance, feedback, and mentoring.
Appraise the design, analysis, and evaluation of structural components and systems for various construction projects.
Appraise the quality of drawings.
Collaborate with architects, project managers, and other stakeholders to develop project objectives, scope, and deliverables.
Coordinate with BIM Manager for any arisen matter to assure a smooth process.
Review and approve engineering calculations, drawings, and specifications to ensure compliance with applicable codes, regulations, and industry standards.
Conduct site visits and inspections to assess structural integrity, identify issues, and provide recommendations for corrective actions.
Monitor project progress, budget, and resource allocation to ensure timely completion of deliverables.
Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment, promoting knowledge sharing and continuous improvement within the team.
Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in structural engineering, and incorporate them into project design and execution.
Provide technical support and expertise to resolve complex engineering challenges and ensure client satisfaction.
Ensure adherence to safety protocols and standards throughout the project lifecycle.
