Mô tả công việc

Key contact for photographs and videos of the University, staff, students, department and events
Assist with the maintenance and enhancement of functions of the VGU website in relation to digital images
Assist departments with the visual images of their department
Work with other Marketing and Student Recruitment colleagues to communicate and liaise with all departments to identify relevant images to enhance the content and topics to reach the university's target audience
Support course co-ordinators and administrative departments in the design and compilation of YouTube videos
Oversee all technical requirements of Marketing and Student Recruitmenton and off site
Conduct desk based research
Assist with student and parent counselling - by telephone or face-to-face at VGU premises
Support academic departments to enhance on their on line visual appearance
Support the Deputy Head of Marketing and Student Recruitment to coordinate, monitor and evaluate regional campaigns for student recruitment
Compile reports and data for Head of Department as a formal document as and when required
Attend, and provide information at education exhibitions and school counselling sessions
Attend and provide information at industry events, open days and student events, promotional days and events that are sponsored by VGU
Support Human Resource Department and Presidential Board Office with formal university photographs for external and internal purposes
Attending events as required out of normal office hours
Occasional weekend work (a day in lieu will be implemented)
Occasional travel to other areas across Vietnam for up to 5 days
To provide cover for other Marketing and Student Recruitment staff if required by the Deputy Head of Department

Yêu cầu

Bachelor Degree in Marketing, Business Management or Multimediaor relevant
Understanding of Public Relations and Communications
In-depth knowledge of photography and film
Familiar with social media and other electronic and traditional media in Vietnam
Preferably good knowledge of the national and international Higher Education market
Excellent photographic, videoing skills and editing skills
Digital editing and graphic designing skills
Excellent communication skills
Ability to set up technical equipment for exhibitions and conferences
Ability to work with the MSR team, estates and IT to support the technical needs of the MSR Department
Ability to conduct desk based research and present data in written and oral form
Ability to communicate in English and Vietnamese
Ability to work independently as well as a part of a team
Experience in professional photography and videoing
Professional attitude in all situations, strategic thinking, creativity, ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines, willingness to work with others to achieve shared objectives
Ability to be self-confident in an international working environment
