• Work from home + travel around your region for marketing activities.
• Develop and deliver a marketing and recruitment plan for your region.
• Full-time position based in Vietnam.
ROLE:
We are looking to appoint an experienced, dynamic, and target-driven Student Recruitment Manager in Vietnam who will liaise with stakeholders at the senior level, to support student recruitment effort in Vietnam. You will be responsible for achieving student recruitment targets for The Hotel School Australia (THSA). All THSA employees are expected to make a significant contribution to the success of their own markets as well as cooperate with colleagues working across the entire organisation.
The position is home-based, with extensive travel within the region for meetings and exhibitions. You will report directly to the Director International and work very closely with other team members in the region.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Develop, promote, and build THSA pathway colleges profile in Vietnam.
• Establishing and nurturing strong relationships with key stakeholders, including Education Agents, university partners, local education providers, local education providers, industry bodies and other stakeholders.
• In collaboration with the Director International, develop and implement strategic plans for THSA; evaluate recruitment and marketing activities to keep within the assigned budget.
• Drive student recruitment outcomes to achieve challenging recruitment targets for THSA.
• Converting student opportunities from new leads to deposit paid, including responding to all enquiries within 48 hours.
• Organise, participate and represent THSA at promotional events with high professional standards.
• Delivering best-in-sector customer service to all internal and external stakeholders.
• Regularly reporting on progress against objectives via agreed KPIs, and providing regular market intelligence and competitor analysis.
• Monitor agent performance by frequent visits and conducting regular training to ensure they do not breach any ESOS regulations in the ESOS Act.
• Effectively counsel students and parents on study options, including course and destination information, career opportunities and application procedure.

Yêu cầu
• Degree qualification or equivalent work experience (essential).
• Experience in international education agent relationship management (essential).
• Experience in international sales or marketing; solid understanding of Australia, New Zealand, and International Higher Education (incl. Government regulatory and compliance legislation framework) (essential).
• Experience of travel in Vietnam and other Southeast Asia countries.
• Results-orientated, ambitious, and highly self-motivated.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, who can engage confidently with a wide range of audiences and levels of organisational seniority.
• Strong grasp of marketing resources and how they can be used for different audiences.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to manage conflicting priorities within tight deadlines.
• Ability to work under pressure and in short timeframes and to meet challenging targets.
• Willing and available to work on the weekends or public holidays.
• Experience in international education agent relationship management (essential).
