Student Services Manager / Trưởng Phòng Dịch Vụ Sinh Viên Và Đào Tạo

This position manages Student Services & Academic Services at Pegasus Hanoi. Key tasks includes:
 Provide course information and guidance to students and parents to ensure the enrollment of students;
 Data entry and management of the Student Information System;
 Manage fees collection & ensure accuracy and completeness of the Payment Records before finally sending to the Finance Department;
 Maintain discipline within the school;
 Make sure international academic & services quality standards are complied;
 Make/ manage class schedules, assist in preparing/ translating lesson plan, course outlines, handouts, manage learning resource;
 Coordinate examination and assessment processes;
 Hold meetings with students/parents/lecturers whenever required.
 Ensure that midterm, final exams and other assessment files being handed by lecturers to Enrollment department for production are kept highly confidential;
 Manage student graduation;
 Plan and administer professional development activities for students;
 Organize extra curriculum activities to students both inside and outside class (weekly movie show, events, clubs, etc.). Promote student to write for newspaper, magazine and school, e-newsletter (Multimedia)
 Assist in the Marketing Department in marketing courses to prospective students and to the broader community;
 Provide support to academic in the areas of student management, resulting and communications to the student body;
 Provide supervision and guidance to future staff in growing enrollment- Bachelor Degree required;
