Lagree Vietnam is launching soon - and we're not just opening a fitness studio. We're introducing a new kind of wellness destination: one that combines movement, recovery, and nourishment - all under one roof.
We're looking for a Studio & HR Manager who's ready to lead, build, and grow with us. You'll run day-to-day operations, create calm in the chaos, and support a team that thrives on excellence, presence, and purpose. This is a key leadership role - your fingerprint will be on everything we do.
ABOUT THE ROLE
As our Studio & HR Manager, you'll oversee daily operations across the Lagree studio, recovery zone, and café.
You'll lead the team, drive membership growth, and ensure a seamless, premium experience for every client.
You'll also take the lead on internal HR - supporting our people, building culture, and setting the tone for the entire space.
You'll work closely with the founder and the team to bring this new concept to life - from the details that matter day-to-day, to the energy that makes people want to come back.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Studio Operations
- Oversee daily operations across the studio, café, and recovery areas
- Ensure smooth class flow and an elevated guest experience
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and calm energy throughout the space
- Track inventory, supplies, and handle basic studio admin and reporting
- Help coordinate in-studio events and activations
Team & HR
- Recruit, train, and manage team members across all departments
- Build a supportive, high-performing team culture
- Manage schedules, contracts, shift planning, payroll coordination, and internal communication
- Lead team check-ins, conflict resolution, and performance feedback
Sales & Growth
- Develop membership sales strategies and meet monthly targets
- Support client retention through consistent service and engagement
- Collaborate with the marketing team to drive awareness and community growth
