Supervisor, Technical & Support

Supervise the day-to-day operation and duties of the Senior Technician and Technician. Ensure that the daily and ongoing routine duties are undertaken efficiently and to department standards. To perform all duties in accordance with company policies.
Supervise the team including motivating, daily briefing, duties assignment, coaching and developing the Technician.
Supervise all aspects of the system - as instructed and permitted
Respond with the queries and Work Order request, on-call support when required
Ensure that the CCTV and associated systems are maintained to the highest levels of proficiency
Be effective in communicating with all stakeholders (Surveillance, Security, IT, Facilities Management, contractors and vendors)
Participate, when required, in departmental and interdepartmental meetings
Supervise the inventory of equipment and spare parts as required
Ensure that all aspects of the duties are carried out in safe and secure manner
Assist in the project managing of various installations and projects
Ensure compliance with Baseline CCTV standards
Allocate manpower to ensure assigned duties are undertaken on schedule
Prepare any reports or other communications as required
Ensure that the Senior Technicians have a positive and proactive approach to their duties and ensure the system is well maintained.
