Mô tả công việc
Supplier Evaluation & Auditing
• Develop audit plans, conduct evaluations of manufacturing processes at supplier plants, and prepare detailed reports.
• Evaluate and monitor suppliers' activities through system and process inspections; review and approve supplier improvement plans and monitor their implementation.
• Assess potential new suppliers for Piaggio Group components as requested by the
Purchasing Department, including evaluation inspections and checks on commodity processes and products.
• Support new product development and mass production components by resolving issues arising from sample approvals or assembly line complaints; validate technical solutions and monitor implementation until full resolution.
• Conduct audits to verify suppliers' organizational compliance with fundamental requirements, ensuring alignment with Piaggio standards and product quality expectations.
Supplier Improvement
• Define and implement quality improvement plans.
• Variance analysis management by defined how the difference of actual and planned behaviors indicates how product performance is being impacted.
• Verify that supplier production processes comply with Piaggio's standards and defined procedures.
• Assess management systems, work methods, and adherence to quality standards in production processes.
Cross-Departmental Coordination
• Act as the key liaison between suppliers and Piaggio, coordinating development activities.
• Collaborate closely with Purchasing, Sample Lab, and R&D departments in new product development.
• Work regularly with the Incoming Quality (CMA), Quality Online, and Market Claim teams to support quality assurance of mass-produced products.
Yêu cầu
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related field.
• At least 10 years of working experience in supplier auditing, quality assurance, or manufacturing process management (preferably in the automotive or motorcycle industry).
• 3-5 years of management experience
• Strong communication skills in English (both spoken and written).
• Demonstrated teamwork, problem-solving, and proactive approach.
• Ability to independently manage product and process audit activities.
• Capacity to interpret results of FMEA and apply preventive techniques such as FTA (Fault Tree Analysis).
• Knowledge of key mass production processes (machining, plastic injection, metal stamping, aluminum casting, optical lighting components).
• Strong analytical skills, technical know-how, and functional breakdown capabilities.
• Effective time management and organizational leadership skills.
• Ability to work under pressure, make sound decisions, and ensure reliability growth.
• Flexibility and adaptability in dynamic working environments.
• Working location: Vinh Phuc (Bus & Allowance for employees from Hanoi).
