Responsibilities
Collaborate with suppliers and engineering teams in assessing process technologies based on requirements. Propose and develop a manufacturing blueprint including process flow/equipment/fixture designs/implementation schedules and validation plans for engineering builds and mass production.
Drive project technical and operational issues (material/process/fixtures/equipment etc) during NPI phase to enable the delivery of a mature product and process into mass production.
Lead suppliers by providing technical direction to establish and validate process capability (utilizing statistical tools) during NPI phase for consistently delivering quality product in mass production.
Early engagement in development activities working with cross-functional teams in resolving technical issues, early detection and highlighting Quality risks to core teams and management.
Responsible for Camera assembly manufacturing and testing processes. Lead design and development of manufacturing processes to enable product designs and functional requirements.

Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering,
Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or equivalent practical experience.
5 years of experience in process/manufacturing/quality engineering roles.
2 years of experience with Voice Coil Motor/Optical Image Stabilization/ Autofocus/Camera and their manufacturing and assembly processes.
Preferred qualifications:
Master's degree in Engineering or equivalent practical experience.
5 years of experience overseeing yield improvements and cycle time reductions for volume and complexity parts.
Experience in working with quality and statistical tools and methods.
Experience with process qualification in build phases, such as Prototype, Engineering Validation Test, Design Validation Test, Production Validation Test, Mass Production.
Experience in project management including data handling, documentation, critical decision making and organization skill.
