Supplier Environmental Compliance Auditor (Vietnam)

Job Overview
Conduct on-site audit on environmental compliance management within consumer electronics supply chain. Support audit program implementation in FY2027, and ensure the quality of audit report and follow-up actions.
Resbonsibilities
Plan, coordinate, and execute supplier environmental audits in accordance with the established audit strategy, program requirements, and annual schedules.
Conduct comprehensive on-site environmental audits using standard checklists to evaluate supplier facility operations, assessing compliance against customer standards, Supplier Code of Conduct, and applicable local regulations.
Prepare, validate, and deliver objective audit reports in a timely manner.
Maintain and track audit records and milestones within customer-designated management systems (e.g., Suppliercare / internal tracking portals). Collaborate with internal stakeholders to drive suppliers on corrective actions.
Collaborate with suppliers to drive Root Cause Analysis (RCA / FA) on identified non-conformances. Track, review, and verify Corrective & Preventive Action Plans (CAPA) through to effective closure.
Visit reports that summarize all findings, field observations and corrective actions, with appropriate language review and technical review.
Audit data summary, analysis and insights.
Requirements
Work Location: Vietnam, preferably Hanoi or Ho Chi Minh City
Language: Vietnamese & English are mandatory; fluency in a third language (Japanese, Korean, Chinese) is a plus
Strong communication skills
In-depth knowledge of RoHS / HSPM / QC080000, and Chemistry / Environmental Science
5+ years of working experience in supply chain management or quality system management
Prior experience in consumer electronics product industry is preferred
