Dream Job Alert! $900+/month salary awaits! We're hiring a Supplier Quality Engineer (Automotive, ID17387) for a foreign investment company
Create clear and effective WI (Work Instructions) or SIP (Standard Operating Procedures) for inspecting molds, jigs, tools, and metal components.
Verify and assess incoming inspection results, addressing any abnormalities.
Collaborate with suppliers to enhance the quality of molds, jigs, tools, and metal components.
Organize daily IQC tasks based on production requirements.
Address issues with defective materials, track complaints from the production line, and work with suppliers to implement corrective actions.
Lead the establishment of a strong quality assurance team with suppliers.
Conduct supplier evaluations for selection and periodic audits.
Investigate and confirm non-conformance issues, assess the effectiveness of corrective actions, and monitor improvements with suppliers.
Validate and manage any changes in supplier processes and materials.
Requirement
Male/Female: 26-36 years old
Bachelor's degree or higher
Good English communication skills
Minimum 3 years in similar position in automotive,mechanical,mechatronics industry
Proficient in quality system requirements for IATF 16949/ 5 core tools (APQP, FMEA, SPC, MSA, PPAP), 8D Report.
